You can book directly on our website by selecting your pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and vehicle class. After entering your details and payment information, you'll receive an instant confirmation by email. You can also call us for assistance with your booking.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services and 48-72 hours for special events or peak periods. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.
Yes, you can book round-trips and add multiple stops during the booking process. Additional stops may incur extra charges depending on the distance and waiting time.
Yes, creating an account allows you to manage your bookings, view your ride history, save favorite addresses, and receive exclusive offers. Registration is quick and free.
Absolutely. When booking, simply enter the passenger's contact details. They will receive all ride information and can communicate directly with the chauffeur.

Yes, airport transfers are one of our core services. We serve Lisbon (LIS), Porto (OPO), Faro (FAO), and other Portuguese airports. Our chauffeurs monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly.
For airport pickups, we include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight landing time. This gives you time to clear customs and collect your luggage. Additional waiting is charged per our standard rates.
Yes, our hourly service is perfect for business meetings, city tours, shopping trips, or when you need flexibility. Minimum booking is typically 3 hours, and you can extend as needed.
Vehicles & Amenities
Our fleet includes Business Class (Mercedes E-Class or similar), First Class (Mercedes S-Class or similar), and Luxury Vans for groups up to 7 passengers. All vehicles are recent models, immaculately maintained, and fully insured.
Yes, we provide child seats (infant, toddler, and booster) upon request at no extra charge. Please specify the child's age and weight when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat.
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle class. Business Class typically accommodates 2-3 large suitcases, First Class 3-4 suitcases, and our Vans can handle up to 8 large bags. Please indicate your luggage needs when booking.
Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, phone chargers, and bottled water for your comfort during the journey.
While we cannot guarantee specific vehicles due to operational requirements, we always ensure you receive the class you booked or higher. For regular clients, we can note chauffeur preferences when possible.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are calculated based on the distance, vehicle class, time of day, and any additional services requested. You'll see the exact price before confirming your booking—no hidden fees.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and MB Way. Payments are processed securely through Easypay.
Your card is charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. For hourly services, any additional time is charged after the ride is completed.
Tips are not included but are always appreciated by our chauffeurs. You can tip in cash at the end of the ride or contact us to add a tip to your payment.
Yes, we offer corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, dedicated account management, and preferential rates for frequent business travelers. Contact us for more information.
Changes & Cancellations
You can modify your booking through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service. Changes to date, time, or pickup location can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may be charged in full.
For airport pickups, we track your flight in real-time and automatically adjust the pickup time to match your actual arrival. There's no need to notify us of delays—we'll be there when you land.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Safety & Chauffeurs
All our chauffeurs are professionally licensed, fully insured, and undergo thorough background checks. They receive regular training in customer service, safe driving, and local knowledge.
All our chauffeurs speak Portuguese and English. Many also speak Spanish, French, or other languages. If you have specific language requirements, please let us know when booking.
Our vehicles are thoroughly sanitized between rides. Chauffeurs follow all current health guidelines. Face masks and hand sanitizer are available upon request.
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your chauffeur's name and phone number by SMS before pickup. You can contact them directly or reach our 24/7 customer service.
Contact us immediately if you've left something behind. Our chauffeurs check vehicles after each ride, and we maintain a lost and found service to reunite you with your belongings.
