These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the E'Habitual website and the booking of chauffeur services. By using the platform or placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. General provisions

E'Habitual provides chauffeur services directly and/or through licensed professional partners. We act as your point of contact for booking, customer service, and billing.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place a booking.

2. Booking and contract formation

Submitting a booking request constitutes an offer. A contract is formed only when you receive a booking confirmation from us by email.

You must provide accurate and complete information when booking. Automated registrations or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.

3. Service scope

Vehicle images and descriptions are illustrative. We aim to provide the selected class and may offer a higher class at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Special requests (e.g., child seats, extra stops) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Pickup times may be adjusted for flight or train delays when a valid number is provided.
  • Luggage limits depend on the selected vehicle class.
  • Unaccompanied minors may be refused transport in accordance with applicable law.

4. Prices and payment

Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided and are confirmed in the booking confirmation.

Payments are processed via Easypay. We do not store full card details. Invoices are issued in accordance with Portuguese fiscal requirements.

5. Cancellations and no-show

Cancellation rules are displayed during booking and in your confirmation email. If you do not cancel within the permitted window, the ride may be charged in full.

If a passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup time and location, it will be considered a no-show.

6. User conduct

Passengers must follow applicable safety rules, including seatbelt requirements. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.

Damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by passengers may be charged.

7. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

These limitations do not apply to liability for death, personal injury, or mandatory legal obligations.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without prior written consent.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The competent courts of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules apply.

You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform and Portuguese consumer arbitration entities such as CNIACC.
